Tourist Visa Requirements:
1. Valid passport(at least 06 months beyond the expiry date of the requested visa)
2. Covering Letter
3. 2 recent passport size photographs(white background-non glossy paper)
4. Bank Statement of the last 6 months.
5. Copy of the first 4 pages of the passport.
6. Hotel reservation- A copy is required to be faxed directly to the Embassy
7. Original ticket
8. Copy of CNIC or Family "B" form-Nadra-computerized(incase of accompanying children)
