Tourist Visa Requirements:
1. Valid passport(at least 06 months beyond the expiry date of the requested visa)
2. Covering letter
3. Passport valid for at least six months
4. Confirmed return ticket, computer printout is not accepted
5. Confirmed hotel reservation, emanating from the hotel itself and addressed to the Consular Attached, Mauritius High Commission, and Islamabad.Fax No. +92-51-2824656
6. Photocopy of applicant's passport (first five pages)
7. Photocopy of ticket (date of entry and departure from Mauritius )
8. Two passport-size photographs of the applicant
9. Proof of funds to meet the cost of stay in Mauritius (at least US $ 100 per
10. day), supported by original up-to-date bank statement, with covering letter
11. from Bank authorities
12. National Identity Card copy.
13. Police Character Certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Personal Appearance: Not Required

Embassy Days: Official hours of work :
9.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m (Monday to Thursday)
9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m (Friday)

Processing time: One week
Kindly note that
Applications should be sent to the High Commission by Courier Service only, provided
All the necessary documents are enclosed with the application;
The confirmed hotel reservation has been received at the High Commission (e-mails are not accepted).
After processing the application, the passport & ticket will be returned by Courier Service (cash on delivery) at the applicant's risk.
The High Commission of Mauritius in Islamabad reserves the right to refuse the issue of a visa without giving reasons, whatsoever.
